We provide you everyday support from staff matched to your requirements who can support you in a range of settings, including, but not limited to, your own home. Personal tasks may include:

  • Dressing

  • Personal hygiene

  • Showering and grooming

  • Going to the bathroom

  • Moving around your house

  • Cleaning

  • Dishwashing

  • Washing your clothes

  • Preparation and delivery of meals

  • Light yard maintenance

Our assistance with daily living services can be tailored to suit you and can be adjusted to meet changing needs at any time, helping you to live life on your terms at your home.


Assisting with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangements

We assist with and/or supervising tasks of daily life with a focus on developing the skills of the individuals to live as autonomously as possible. The support is provided to each person living in the arrangement in accordance with their need.

Participation in community, social and civic activities

This program is specially designed for participants who need social engagement and want to participate in various kinds of recreation activities. What we offer:

  • Develop life skills, such as the use of public transport

  • Assist in shopping for the daily needs and special occasions

  • Help in enjoying some leisure moments as well as recreational activities

  • Help in personal interest activities like cooking, gardening, fishing, or painting

Assist in group or centered based activities

This support is intended to assist and inspire participants to participate in group community, educational, and recreational activities. The aim is to create an inclusive and stimulating atmosphere in which participants can socialise and have fun, while meeting new people, making new friends, participating in events, and learning new skills.

A broad range group-based activities and programs are available to participants, including:

Group/Centre Activities also help participants develop essentials skills like handling money, planning and organising activities, using computers, and resume building.


Transport and Travel

Travel assistance is critical because it helps you to fulfil your everyday activities and needs in order to live a self-sustaining life. We want to help you travel to improve your mobility, which will enable you to get things done and complete important tasks. EPNT prioritises your independence; we will help you achieve your travel goals so that you can live a more mobile and independent life.

  • Learn to use public transport 

  • Visit the park or library

  • Grocery shopping with your support worker

  • Visit your local chemist to pick up your prescriptions 

  • Attend your appointments

  • Get involved in your community by attending events, groups or clubs

Assist- in life stages, transition, and support 

Endless Possibilities focuses on improving participant's ability to design and create their own supports, with a focus on connecting to wider support networks in a dynamic service delivery environment.

Coordination of Supports also entails coaching and collaborating with participants to put the plan into action by improving their ability to engage with larger support networks, appreciate the function of the supported supports, and participate in the group.

Accommodation/ tenancy assistance

Endless Possibilities can provide one on one support to assist participants to achieve their Accommodation and Tenancy goals such as assisting participants to overcome barriers that impact a current tenancy or supporting participants to explore and obtain alternative housing.

Our Accommodation and Tenancy service can include

  • Assessment

  • Individual case planning

  • Practical one on one assistance

  • Liaising with service providers

  • Capacity building assistance to support people to achieve their individual goals.

Assistance to access and maintain employment of higher education 

Endless Possibilities believes that it is the right of everyone to attain employment and education. If you are working in supported employment and are looking for a change, talk to your LAC or Support Coordinator about your new employment goals.


Developing daily living and life skills

The learning of everyday living and life skills focuses on the participant's or their caregiver's ability to live as independently as possible through training and development activities. Individual or community training may be offered in areas such as everyday living skills, communication and social skills, problem-solving, and handling support funding. To help participants deal with these issues, we include a variety of training and learning programmes aimed at improving their ability to handle day-to-day life by expanding their awareness, skills, and support networks.

Specialist Disability Accommodation:

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions,

including to assist with the delivery of supports that cater for their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

EPNT has been approved to execute the above program, however, given the market scope and current manpower, the date to implement this type of program has been pushed for one year.
