Who we are
Endless Possibilities NT (EPNT) is a registered NDIS provider based in Winnellie, Darwin, supporting people with disability and their families across the Top End. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we try to do it in a way that is easy to understand.
What we collect through this website — and why
When you contact us through the enquiry or referral form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as:
- your name and how you would like us to address you,
- your phone number and/or email address,
- whether you are a participant, family member, support coordinator or other professional, and
- what you are enquiring about and anything you tell us in your message.
We collect this for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and, if you would like, to arrange next steps — like a phone call, a visit, or starting the referral process. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
What we never ask for through this website
Please do not send the following through the website form or by ordinary email:
- clinical or medical records,
- full NDIS plans or plan documents,
- assessments, reports or other sensitive documents.
If we need documents like these to arrange your supports, we will talk with you first and arrange a safe, direct way to share them — never through the website.
How information is stored and who can access it
Enquiries are stored securely and can only be accessed by the EPNT team members who need them to respond to you and arrange supports. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we do not share it with other organisations unless you ask us to, it is needed to arrange your supports, or the law requires it.
Overseas processing
Some service providers we rely on — such as our website form and email services — may process information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected and handled in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — for example, to answer your enquiry and arrange next steps — or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely destroy it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. To make a request, contact us at admin@epnt.com.au or call 08 8945 3697. We will respond as quickly as we can and will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Complaints about privacy
If you are worried about how your information has been handled, please talk to us first — call 08 8945 3697 or email admin@epnt.com.au. We take privacy concerns seriously and will work with you to put things right.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the review date above.
