First steps

What a first conversation and home visit involve.

No forms to decipher, no pressure to commit. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out about a home.

  1. A first conversation

    Call us or send the secure form. We'll ask what home should feel like for you — where you want to live, who you want around, and what support you need day to day.

  2. A home visit

    Come and see a home for yourself. Meet the team and the people who live there, look at the room and the neighbourhood, and ask anything. Bring family or your support coordinator — whoever you'd like.

  3. Decide in your own time

    We put the options in writing and check what your NDIS plan can fund, so there are no surprises. You decide with your people, at your pace — and if it's not a match, we'll say so honestly.

A home is only ever suggested when it looks like a genuine match for you — and moving in always depends on your individual needs and the funding arrangements in your NDIS plan.
