Medium Term Accommodation — MTA — is an NDIS support that funds somewhere to live for a limited time while your confirmed longer-term home is being arranged.
It is a bridge, not a destination: a comfortable room in a supported EPNT home, with daily living support while you wait and help preparing for your move — so you're never stuck in limbo.
Who it may suit

What's not included — or depends on your plan
- MTA is time-limited — how long it can be funded depends on what is in your NDIS plan.
- MTA covers the accommodation itself. Daily support during your stay usually needs its own funding in your plan — we will help you check before you commit to anything.
- MTA is only available when you already have a confirmed longer-term housing plan. If you are still searching for a long-term home, talk with us about the options first.

MTA is designed to be temporary — the exact length depends on what your NDIS plan funds and when your longer-term home will be ready. We will be upfront with you about timeframes from the start.
We help you prepare for the move — planning, packing and coordinating with your support team — so the transition to your new place is as smooth as possible.
MTA funds the accommodation itself for a limited period. Everyday support while you stay is funded separately in your plan. We will walk you through exactly what your plan covers before anything is locked in.
Yes. Our homes are real homes — family and friends are welcome to visit, just as they would at any home.
